History
WES was founded in 1949 by brothers William, Eugene, Stephen, and Edward Vogel. Together the family brought backgrounds in Engineering, Electrical, Telecommunications, and Accounting.
1949
The company was established on the principal that hard work brings success. The brothers focused on site work as both a general and sub-contractor with most work concentrated in land clearing and preparation for new residential and commercial projects.
1984
In 1984, the next generation began joining the business. Under their leadership, the company expanded beyond site development and remediation and into building construction and specialized construction work.
TODAY
Today, WES is a third-generation family business and a premier general contractor in Massachusetts. We embrace the strong backbones the company was created upon while looking forward, and greeting head-on the challenges and opportunities the future of the construction industry holds.
