FOREMAN

Lead labor and operator crew of up to 10 people on building or heavy civil construction projects
Participate in daily huddles and toolbox talks working with crew to set goals and mitigate safety risks
Motivate team to achieve daily and weekly goals

Member of labor union
Strong background in building and/or site construction work
Minimum of 10 years experience in construction industry
Minimum of 2 years experience in foreman role, managing crews
Ability to enforce the use of efficient methods to improve safety and productivity
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
OSHA Safety Course Certification
