The Massachusetts Water Resource Authority Office Consolidation project consists of renovations to the two-story existing buildings located in the Chelsea and Deer Island facilities.

Work includes upgrading the tele/data infrastructure, new flooring, wall finishes, lighting, office furniture, and construction of new or renovating existing kitchenettes. In select areas of the building, walls were constructed to create new office and meeting spaces. The project occurred over multiple phases with the majority of the interior building renovated and modernized. This project enabled the MWRA to consolidate and optimize their office space.
