WES undertook the construction of a 37,000SF one-story metal frame Department of Public Works building including vehicle storage, wash bays, and the administration and maintenance staff facilities.

This project included new underground utilities, paved parking, and driveway and storage yard areas. In addition, a 4,000SF Salt Shed structure, a 10,700SF cold storage canopy, and a new storm water detention basin were part of the scope. This project provided Orleans with a facility that would allow them to continue their great public service in a safe and cost-effective way.
